Care, without the performance.
Wellbeing is not something to post about. It is something to feel.
Somewhere along the way, wellness became a show: the perfect smoothie bowl, the 5 a.m. routine, the shelf of serums. Real care is quieter and much simpler.
The basics, done well
Sleep. Water. Moving your body most days. Time outside. Time with people who make you laugh. None of it is glamorous and all of it works.
One good ritual instead of twelve
A body oil after the shower. A bath on Sunday night. A walk after dinner. Choose one thing that feels like a pleasure and do it consistently rather than collecting routines.
The spa afternoon
Once a month, book it: a massage, a facial, a long swim and a nap. Put it in the calendar like a meeting, because otherwise it will never happen.
